Nasturtium can be either perenial or annual depending on the variety. As well as attracting pollinators they can draw in near by pests (a trap crop) that would otherwise be attacking your veggies.
Garlic and onions can help repel pests that bother potatoes.
Peas and beans will help fix nutrient levels in the soil which in turn helps the potatoes which are heavy feeders, however, the onions and garlic may suppress the beans and peas from growing.
